7th Annual Birth to Five
Mental Health Symposium

October 17 & 18, 2013
Phoenix, AZ

Arizona's Head Start community works tirelessly to deliver the national school readiness program to low-income children and their families. Head Start programs provide a wide range of services to enrolled children and their families under the general categories of education, health, nutrition, and social services. Early Head Start intensifies the focus on children from birth to age three, addressing concerns like prenatal care and family support systems in addition to healthy development of infants and toddlers. AHSA is proud of the accomplishments of our member agencies across the state, and the difference that their programs are making in the lives of more than 22,300 families.

Head Start and Early Head Start Programs across Arizona are currently accepting applications and enrolling families and children.

Thank you to the Arizona Community Foundation for their generous grant which allows the development and maintenance of the AHSA website. We appreciate their support.
